Our team reviews your details and shares a proposal with you a curated experiences to fit your needs.
Book it
After reviewing your proposal, we’re happy to schedule a virtual meeting or meet for coffee (we love our local coffee shops in Hendricks County & Indy!) and finalize your details, contract, and secure a deposit to reserve your date!
Prepare
Leading up to your event, we handle all preparation, sourcing, and logistics—so you don’t have to. Every element is thoughtfully curated with freshness, balance, and presentation in mind.
Delight
On event day, we arrive ready to set up, serve, and create a seamless experience. You get to relax, host confidently, and delight with your guests while we take care of the details.

I'm Michelle — founder of Velardé Curations and a lifelong student of the art of gathering. My love of food started in my grandmother's kitchen in a Puerto Rican household where hosting was a love language. After 15+ years producing global events across four continents, I made the intentional decision to leave that world behind and pour everything into this one — bringing curated cart experiences to life, from charcuterie to dessert carts, all rooted in the belief that every person deserves a moment that feels truly unforgettable.
