  • Yes. Velardé Curations operates in compliance with local food service regulations and maintains the appropriate permits and liability insurance required to serve at events. Documentation can be provided to venues, event planners, or corporate coordinators upon request.

  • From weddings and showers to birthdays, corporate events, school gatherings, open houses, and community event — we curate for celebrations both big and small.

  • Absolutely. We regularly partner with businesses for employee appreciation events, client entertaining, office celebrations, product launches, and team meetings. We're happy to provide a certificate of insurance and can work within corporate procurement processes. Reach out to discuss your company's needs.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for weekends and peak seasons! While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis once a signed agreement and deposit are received

  • To officially secure your event date, we require a signed agreement and a retainer. Once these are completed, your date will be reserved on our calendar and we’ll begin planning your curated experience.

  • Pricing varies depending on the experience selected, guest count, customization, and event logistics. Many of our offerings begin with a starting price, and custom quotes are provided once we learn more about your event.

  • Yes! We offer vegetarian, gluten-free, and other custom options upon request. Be sure to note this in your booking form!

  • Yes. We offer options such as charcuterie cups, individual boxes, and other easy-to-enjoy selections that work well for meetings, networking events, and office environments.

  • Some experiences may have minimum guest counts depending on the service style. We’ll be happy to discuss the best options for your event during the inquiry process.

  • Velardé Curations is based in Hendricks County, Indiana and serves surrounding communities including Avon, Plainfield, Brownsburg, Danville, and the greater Indianapolis area.

    Travel outside of this area may be available upon request with an additional travel fee.
