I'm Michelle — founder of Velardé Curations and a firm believer that the most unforgettable moments in life happen around a table. With more than 15 years in global events and project management, I've spent my career orchestrating experiences that move people. Now, I bring that same intentionality to every curated cart experience I create.

Velardé Curations is a mobile curated cart experience rooted in thoughtful presentation and intentional hospitality. From charcuterie to dessert, every detail is designed with one goal in mind — to transform your gathering into a memory.

I was born in Florida and raised in a Puerto Rican family where the kitchen was the heartbeat of the home. My earliest memories are of standing beside my Abuela, watching and learning — soaking in a kind of quiet love that only ever lives in kitchens. That space made me feel safe, inspired, and deeply connected. It is, in every way, the foundation of how I show up in this business today.

My Titi Bruni was the hostess who made everyone feel like family the moment they walked through the door. She gifted me her old cookbooks, passed down her baking tools, and cheered me on every time I created something new. Those small, tender gestures shaped my entire philosophy: it's not just about what's on the plate — it's about how people feel when they're with you.

My love of food eventually took me to New York City, where I studied baking and pastry before stepping into the world of large-scale hospitality. What followed was 15+ years of building global events across Australia, Budapest, Mexico, and beyond — all while Indianapolis, Indiana became my true home.

After years of producing experiences for others on a global stage, I made the intentional decision to step away and build something entirely my own — something closer to the heart. In July 2025, Velardé Curations was born: a full commitment to bringing curated cart experiences to my community, one beautifully crafted moment at a time.
